Fossil Event

You've read the poems, now meet the fossils

As part of our focus on geo-heritage, at StAnza 2017 we are presenting poetry about fossils. Meantime our partners at GeoBus and MUSA are organising a fossil day during the festival.

Do you have a fossil that you can’t identify? Are you interested in where you can look for fossils in the local area? Come along to MUSA and meet St Andrews Palaeontologists. Bring your fossils or come and look at samples of what you can find along the coast. This is a family event and all ages are welcome.

This event is being organised by GeoBus in association with the School of Earth and Environmental Sciences at the University of St Andrews, Scottish Natural Heritage, MUSA (the Museum of the University of St Andrews) and the Scottish GeoDiversity Forum.
