Linda Klakken

Linda Klakken (b. 1979 in Ålesund) is a Norwegian poet, journalist and children’s book writer. She has written seven books, including her debut poetry collection Mother, Wife, Slave (Flamme, 2013) and the children’s book Stupid, stupid heart (Samlaget, 2017), which was nominated for the Trollkrittet literature prize. Her poetry has been part of the Martin Tebus Collection in Trondheim and exhibited in galleries in Oslo. In 2018, Klakken was awarded the Government Grant for Artists in Norway.
