Eddie Small is a lecturer in Creative Writing at the University of Dundee where he was awarded the student-led ‘Most Inspirational Teacher’ prize in May 2016. His biography, Mary Lily Walker: Forgotten Visionary of Dundee, was launched in Dundee City Chambers in 2013. His recent play, Dundee’s Four Marys, has been performed, and sold out, eight times. He wrote and performed in Pantomime of Death at the 2016 Edinburgh Fringe. He won the Stephen Fry Award in 2012 for a project and publication, In Memoriam, which looked at the human stories around Body Donation. Amongst other projects, he is currently writing a biography of the 'Dundee Days' of Darcy Wentworth Thompson.
