Clive Birnie

Clive Birnie is a poet-artist-printmaker who works in both text and visual media (digital and analogue). He finds inspiration at a place where poetry and art collide into something which gets called text-based-art or visual poetry but sometimes types up the results as regular text poems. He was the Hashtag# poet in residence at StAnza 2016 and has exhibited work at the Saatchi backed The Other Art Fair, the Evolver Prize Exhibition, the Royal West of England Academy Open, Spike Island (during Paul Hawkins’s Poem Brut event), and in the public space of Millennium Square, Bristol.
