StAnza uses a number of venues around the historic town centre of St Andrews. These range from award-winning, contemporary spaces to a highly atmospheric medieval undercroft and a former seat of the old Scottish Parliament.
Access and Accessibility: The venues we use have full disabled access except as follows: the Town Hall and Public Library ground floor have lift and ramp access; St Mary's Hall, the Green Room, St Leonards School, Fraser Gallery, Holy Trinity, the Albany Hotel and St John's Undercroft all have a few steps into each venue. We regret that the Preservation Trust Museum, St John's Undercroft and the gallery at J&G Innes are not accessible to wheelchair users. The individual pages for each venue (click on the links below) provide fuller information on access and accessibility for each venue.
British Sign Language and Captioned Events: We work with experienced British Sign Language interpreters to offer a range of signed events at the festival. If the listing for an event you would wish to attend does not already indicate that we plan to arrange BSL interpretation or captioning for that event, please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to make arrangements for this. Please contact us about this as soon as possible and at least a month before the festival.
Safe Spaces: We ask performers and audience members to abidie by our Safe Spaces statement.
