Location: Tentsmuir is at the most easterly point of Fife, at the mouth of the Tay estuary. You can access the reserve at Morton Lochs, Tayport or Kinshaldy.
Tentsmuir is a National Nature Reserve (NNR) managed by NatureScot, with a landscape which changes almost as you watch. The reserve has a whole range of coastal habitats – from shifting sand right by the sea to colourful dune heathland.
Disabled Access: While some of the picnic tables at Kinshaldy have wheelchair access, some of the paths and hides are less accessible.
Toilets: The Kinshaldy toilets are open all year round during car park hours (usually 9am to sunset). There are public toilets in Tayport.
