StAnza Policies

As part of our commitment to being a responsible, transparent and evolving organisation that aims to be a safe and welcoming place for all our audiences, artists, participants, staff, volunteers, trustees and stakeholders, StAnza maintains a robust set of policies and procedures that govern our work and our interactions with those that we engage.

A number of these policies are published below.

The ways in which we seek to achieve our aims and the means by which we hold ourselves accountable to our commitments are constantly evolving. As such, these documents are under regular review by the Board of Trustees, Artistic Director and Executive Producer, and we welcome feedback and constructive criticism from our staff, stakeholders, collaborators, volunteers and audiences.
