Alyson’s latest publication is End of the Glacier, a pamphlet of poems that are in conversation with the work of the artist Wilhelmina Barns-Graham. Alyson has published sole and co-authored books of poetry and prose, collaborated with scientists, composers, dancers, visual artists, sculptors and for the past twenty years she has curated the international poetry and public art project, The Migration Habits of Stones. Alyson is a Hawthornden Fellow, has been a Charles Causley poet-in-residence, and she used to be a housekeeper in the Abbey on the Isle of Iona.
