This online workshop starts out from the idea that working with found materials changes the relationship between writer and reader, like a bounced ball rather than one thrown directly. It provides a different collaborative energy to the transmission and reception of the work, which can be very valuable when tackling difficult subject matters. The workshop will also explore the idea that when we bring our bodies into our writing practices, this can help deepen and free our processes, whether working with sound, hand erasure or cut-ups.
